2. Description of Service

CinePoster AI is an AI-powered service that generates movie posters based on user-provided inputs such as titles, loglines, and genres. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use our Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Billing, Credits & Subscriptions

Credits

Some features require paid credits. Credits represent the right to use specific features within a specified period, have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and usage rules are subject to the page description at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide continuous access during the agreed period. Unless you actively cancel, subscriptions will automatically renew at the billing cycle. You can cancel renewal in account settings or contact our support team before the next billing date.

Payment

We process payments through third-party payment processors (currently Creem). By submitting payment information, you confirm you have the right to use that payment method and authorize us and the payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and auto-renewal amounts.

Price Adjustments

We may adjust prices with reasonable notice. Adjustments apply only to new orders; for auto-renewals, changes will take effect in the next billing cycle with advance notification.

Refunds

Refund conditions are subject to the Refund Policy. Used digital credits or content items may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Ownership and Rights

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all movie posters you generate using our Service. You may use these posters for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without restrictions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate posters that are illegal, harmful, or violate any laws
• Create content that infringes on third-party rights
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our security measures
• Generate spam or unsolicited content

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CinePoster AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CinePoster AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
