CinePoster AI provides instant delivery of AI-generated movie posters and related content. Digital goods cannot be "returned" after delivery, so we have established the following refund guidelines that apply to most situations. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Basic Principles

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Payments are processed through third-party partners like Creem.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Payment processing fees are typically non-refundable (except as required by law).
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse, frequent chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Subscription Services

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, please cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

First Payment

You may request a full refund within 3 days of your first subscription payment if:

• You have used fewer than 40 credits (equivalent to 4 poster generations)
• You have not downloaded any high-resolution files beyond preview quality.

Automatic Renewals

Within 7 days of automatic renewal, you may request a refund if you have not consumed any credits in the new billing cycle. Once credits are used or files are downloaded, the renewal will be processed within 7 business days.

If additional information is needed to verify your identity or troubleshoot issues, please cooperate. Failure to provide requested information may result in processing delays or denial of your request.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you encounter a payment dispute, please contact us first. Initiating chargebacks without communication may result in account suspension, credit forfeiture, and we may take further legal action if necessary.

Digital Credits

Digital credits represent the right to use our AI movie poster generator service and are non-refundable once:

• Purchased credits have been added to your account
• Any portion of the credits has been used
• The credits are from promotional or discounted packages
• The credits have expired according to their terms

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing service use:

• Contact support within 7 days of the issue
• Provide detailed information and screenshots
• Allow reasonable time for resolution
• If unresolved, we may offer credit compensation at our discretion
